LEADING EDGE WARRANTIES
Leading Edge Auto Body is proud to provide this LIMITED WARRANTY relating to the repair of your vehicle as an example of our commitment to continued customer satisfaction. This LIMITED WARRANTY is valid at any Leading Edge Auto Body location as long as you own the vehicle stated herein. This LIMITED WARRANTY is not transferable and is subject to the Terms and Conditions described below:
1. METALWORK: Leading Edge Auto Body provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. This shop will repair or repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, when claim is made by the present owner stated herein, unless caused by, or damaged resulting from, a new collision, unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
2. PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS: Leading Edge Auto Body provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, cracking, checking and excessive loss of pigmentation, and a ONE(1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals. The shop will repair/repaint when claim is made for painting and ONE (1) YEAR for decals, unless caused by, or damaged resulting from a new collision, unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of vehicle. Paint Warranty is valid only over original finishes that are free of defect.
3. MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Leading Edge Auto Body provides a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original specific repair. The shop will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby when claim is made within ONE (1) YEAR of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from a new collision, unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
4. PARTS: Leading Edge Auto Body provides a TWELVE (12) MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY on new and used parts. The shop will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby when claim is made within TWELVE (12) MONTHS of the effective date started herein, unless caused by damage resulting from a new collision, unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies or components which are not specifically covered by this LIMITED WARRANTY, or consequential damages resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair.
Mechanical Warranty
12 months or 12,000 miles
whichever comes first. Includes parts and Labor.
**Free Towing - In order to receive free towing, repair work must be performed by Leading Edge Auto Body. Please contact Leading Edge Auto Body for towing limits & minimum repairs required to qualify.
* Free estimates apply to vehicle owners who are seeking repairs that do not yet involve insurance company claims. Insurance companies that require estimates may be charged for such services & will be done so at our discretion.
